Here's some shadow box style cards I made with a darling precolored digi image called Just A Little Hello Maddie from the Paper Creator store. Also used my Cameo and cut file #114664 from the Silhouette store to cut out the shadow box card base. And a cut file by Lori Whitlock called 8 petal flowers sized at 3/4" and 1". I created the patterned paper in GIMP using a template from Melstampz. Sorry about the shadows on the pics. It's very tricky to get good pics with this style of card,
The CD Sunday Challenge Blog is celebrating their 6th birthday. They are asking everyone to pick their favorite project from the past made with a item from a CD. I had a great time looking through my gallery. It's hard to choose which one I like best, but I picked THIS CARD posted on March 4 2014 as my favorite. The image is from the House Mouse Triple CD set. I love that darling image, the pretty blue patterned papers and lace trim. A big thank you to the CD Sunday challenge blog for allowing newbies like me who haven't entered before to join in their birthday celebration.
This cute pup is from the Dog Triple Topper Card Kit from the Paper Creator store. The kit is being retired soon and is now on sale for only .71 USD. And you can save another 20% off your order by entering code DELORIS. I printed all the pieces then cut them out with a craft knife and KAI paper scissors. Distressed all the edges with a marker. Then I added the decoupage layers (a extra dog bone layer with the saying "Just for you" and 4 layers to the pup). Enlarged one of the dog bowls in my Microsoft Paint software. Printed and cut it out to add to card front.

Thought I would share a photo of our mini poodle after he got back from the groomer. She dressed him up with a green bandana for St. Patricks Day. I got lucky this time because he left the bandana on long enough for me to snap this pic.
I created this fun treat bag and card using the Hoppy Easter Pinch Bag & Gift Card Kit from the Paper Creator store. I cut out the bag exactly as it prints from the kit, but please note that I changed the gift card part of the kit. I removed the black border and added a white card base as it's being used as a regular greeting card instead of as a gift card holder.

I created this easel style card using my Silhouette Studio DE software and a cut file I bought at the Silhouette store. I merged two of the frame shapes together to form the base, then added another for the top of the easel. I created the patterned papers in GIMP using overlays from Melstampz. Added them to my patterns library in Silhouette Studio DE, created a smaller offset and filled the shapes with them. Cut out all pieces with my Cameo. Also used a ribbon, a branch punch from MS and some flowers from Michaels. I made this for my neighbor who has a little pup who is best friends with my mini poodle. I think she will smile when she sees this one.

Treat Box: I printed a full sheet (8.5 X 11) of the blue paper that came with the kit and cut out the treat box with my Silhouette Cameo using the cut file (shown in the next picture) from the Silhouette store. I added a extra border to the bunny image by tracing it, then using the offset feature in the Studio software. Colored the added border with the same pink as the bunny ears. Cut out the bunny image with my Cameo. Attached the bunny to treat box with pop dots. Printed 3 more images of the bunny and hand cut the pieces and layered on top of each other for added dimension. Cut out the tag with a Spellbinders die and added a lace bow on top.
This is the Silhouette cut file I used for my treat bag. NOTE: I upgrouped the file in Silhouette Studio and removed the snowflakes and dots on scallops before cutting it.
Tag Card: I used cut file (see picture below) from the Silhouette store. Traced the bunny image in Silhouette Studio then did a offset to add the layer. Colored the offset with pink using color dropper and pink shade from ears. Opened tag, remove the center squares. Ungroup the two remaining pieces. Make a copy of the larger tag and move off to the side. With the large tag still on mat, click mirror above, overlap, align the two tags, select both, then merge to form the card base. Move the card base off the mat. Move the large tag back to mat and fill with pink using the color dropper and picking up the pink color from ears. Select the smaller inner tag and fill with blue paper from kit. Align on top of pink tag, center and group. Align the bunny image on top of those. Turn off all cut lines except for outside edge of large tag. Turn on registration marks and print. Cut out all pieces with my Cameo. I printed a few extra bunnies and hand cut out the pieces and layered onto the bunny on card. This gives it a little more dimension.
Here's what my cut files look like in the Silhouette Studio software
