Silhouette Cameo And Silhouette Cut File # #117494 by Lori Whitlock

Please note:  I altered the cut file by removing the holes from the scalloped circle and changed the saying stopper shown in the pic above to be a bow with a circle saying in front of it.  I resized the bow and saying from the Candlelight Mice kit to make them smaller.  The circle saying is 1.125" and the red bottom bow piece is now 2 1/2" wide.

Greetings From Flagler Beach Florida

Hubby and I have been camping this week.  We are staying in a wonderful Florida State Park called Gamble Rogers.  It's a small campground located right on the Atlantic Ocean in a town called Flagler Beach.  The views are awesome and we have really enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the waves on the beach each night.  Weather has been mid 70's during the day and 50's at night.  Really don't want to leave today.

This is a view from the water facing our site

This is the view out the front window of our camper of the ocean

Watercolor Lighthouse Scene

I needed a masculine card to give to my neighbor here in Florida,  so I dug out my Art Impressions watercolor stamps and LePlume markers and gave it a go.  My watercolors skills are a bit rusty since the last watercolor card I made was 5 years ago, but I think my neighbor will like this scene.

Vintage (Shabby Chic)

I have some wonderful news.  For the next 6 months I will be joining the lovely ladies on the Ooh La La Creations Design Team.

Ooh La La Creations has a challenge blog and there's a new "Vintage" theme challenge starting today.   Hope you can join us!

To create my card, I used a gorgeous image and print papers from the Ooh La La Creations CD called The Shawn Jenkins Collection.  I also used some lace, pearls and twine from my stash along with a Whimsy corner die.  The main image was attached to the card base with pop dots which gives it a bit more dimension.
