Let It Snow (Easel Card)
Todays challenge on the Art Impressions blog is to try a new technique. I decided to make a Easel card for my technique.

Supplies used:
Art Impressions Clear Set #CS3217 Winter Penguins
Spellbinders Nestabilities: Classic Scalloped Circles Lg
Standard Circles Lg, Labels Eight
Versafine Onyx Black Ink
Prismacolor pencils: Deco Yellow, Canary Yellow,
Sunburst Yellow, Yellowed Orange, Scarlet Lake,
Blue Slate, Copenhagen Blue, Apple Green, Dk Green,
Light Umber, Warm Grey 20%.
Make up and Q-Tip to apply to cheeks
Cardstock: Two shades of blue and white
Ribbon, snowflake buttons, pop dots, glue dots
