It's A Boy!

Love this sweet little overalls shaped card template from The Cutting Cafe.
I picked the saying "It's a boy" to be used for a new baby announcement.
It could also be used as a baby shower invitation, baby shower thank you
or baby's birthday card by changing the printed saying on the tag.

Be Mine Card

For my project this week, I combined three different files from The Cutting Cafe.  The card base is cut with one of the svg files from the Assorted Scallop Set 1, the background is printed with the Valentine Mini Sentiments printable set and the flower was cut with the svg files in the Heart Flower set.  I printed a second background from the Valentine Mini Sentiments set and cut out the "Be Mine" saying for the tag.  Then attached the flower and ribbon with a button stitching through all layers with crochet thread.

Here's a list of what I used to make my card:

Another Valentine's Day Gift Bag

Needed another gift bag for Valentine's Day.  So this time I made a slightly different version
from the one I made last Sunday.  This gift bag has a open top with a handle and ribbon.
Sorry the photo is a little bit dark.  I had to tone it down as I was getting a glare
off the acrylic piece behind the heart opening.

Valentine's Day Heart Bag

Created this cute little heart treat bag for Valentine's Day.
Instead of folding over the top of the bag,
I made a little brown band with lace on the bottom
that slips on the top of the bag to close it.
Would be fun to fill with Hershey's kisses
or cookies for a special treat.
Supply list:
The Cutting Cafe: Heart Bag
Designer Paper from Ginny Nilson
Brown cardstock, lace, ribbon
1/8" X-Press It Double Sided High Tack Tape

Cut a band with brown cardstock 1" X 7 1/2"
Fold band around top and crease edges
Open band and place 1/8" tape along top middle edge

Valentine's Day cards & gift box

For my Cutting Cafe design team project this week, I created a Valentine's Day set of cards and gift box.  I made the gift box a little bit wider as the main image on cards are mounted on pop dots to give them a little more dimension.
