Embossed Frame

There's a new challenge starting today at Ooh La La Creations.
The challenge theme is Embossing.  Hope you can join us.
I created my embossed card using a gorgeous image from the French Tulips Set
in the Shawn Jenkins Collection CD.  It's available at the Ooh La La Creations Store.

I used embossing folder #C0723163 from Couture Creations.  I opened the image in my Silhouette Studio software and resized it to fit inside the frame.  Printed the image, placed the embossing folder over the image and traced around the edge with a pencil.  Cut off the excess.  Placed the image inside the embossing folder and ran it through my Sizzix Bigkick machine. Trimmed off the edges and mounted to the card base.  Added a lace bow from my stash.

Sebastian Inlet State Park

Just got home from a camping trip to Sebastian Inlet State Park.   We had a camping spot right on the water with some awesome views.  This is a fabulous place.  Spent hours watching the dolphins swim by.  We already have a return trip planned.

Puppy Love Flipper Pyramage Card

There's a new challenge started today at Paper Creator.  The theme is "Love is in the air".
Hope you can join us.  The prize is a gift certificate to the Paper Creator store.

I created this card for my neighbor.  She has a little white dog who is best friends with our mini poodle.  I am sure she will smile when she see's this.  To create my flipper card,  I used fun kit called Puppy Love Flipper Pyramage Card Kit from the Paper Creator store.

Opened all the pieces in Silhouette Studio and resized them to fit a 5 inch square card base.   Printed all the pieces and added a saying on the label.  Cut them out and attached with narrow double sided tape at the top of each layer.  Also cut out the matching envelope.  If you plan to place an order at the Paper Creator store,  please enter code Deloris to save 20% off the total.

Here are some challenges where I am entering my card
